I met Melanie at a workshop early 2016. Melanie did a presentation on increasing your physical energy and showcased smoothie and juice recipes. When Melanie recommended green smoothies for breakfast and energy, I admit I screwed up my nose at the idea, thinking “not more bitter kale”. I could not have been more wrong. Her green smoothie recipe was so delicious (& no kale) that I have made it for myself for breakfast every morning for the past 11 months (even Christmas morning).
